Changelog 0.69 (restoring what 1.24b+ broke)

FIXED:
-The aoe shock effect when colossi hit things works once again.

-The jump spell of the Colossi "Jump and Crush" works once again.

-Ice Wave works once again.

Everything that patch 1.24b+ had broken has been repaired!
