Aha, I use the Youtube Down loader for any videos I want on a PSP/MP3/Ipod/Phone, ect. (http://download.cnet.com/3001-2071_4-10647340.html?spi=c67e3d3fd917b52b63adae44f832afb2)

It's a great program, just pop in the url, download it voncert it and you're done and ready to transfer.
