Changelog 1.14d & 1.14e

-Replaced special repair team with a new skill for 03. Gave 06 a brand new skill, the old one is now a regular function.
-2 new mobs: dragster and rasta rocket, adding speed to the game. all mob tooltips are now way more detailed.
-New cam command "-cam xxxx" (thx to sube2@azeroth)
-When base kills a prototype, gold is now properly redirected to players.
-Base now splits its points every income time to share them to players. Gold is lost.
