xD atleast I tried.... It's all in the title, you can canel your vote. EDIT: Without penalty - they can do the same stuff they can do after they ally with na'vi atm - discover, interact, get exp and such Oh and I'll vote for no xD (cuz balancing it would be wayyy too hard I guess.)
